Roles and Responsibilities:
– Virtual, full-time work, with the Programme Manager expected to be available from 11am – 7pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 11am – 4pm on Saturday

Responsibilities:
-Offer customised, one-on-one virtual research mentorship to high-school students worldwide, per Discover’s program structure.
-Conduct 10-15 bi-weekly sessions for a period of 3-6 months.
-Instruct the fundamentals of (social) science research, including but not restricted to:
-Assisting students in selecting a topic.
-Aiding in accessing open source data.
-Supporting students in composing a literature review.
-Providing aid in students creating a report summarising their findings in a specific area of scholarship.
