About the role:
| The Associate – Application Support Team will be responsible for managing two accounts while shadowing the Account Manager. The role includes student portal management, operational support, and active participation in all counselling-related WhatsApp groups to ensure smooth communication and process execution.

| · Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field. · Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. · Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio. · Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions. · Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. · Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, students. · A suitable candidate will be a self-motivated, persuasive and charismatic individual, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.

About the role:
| This profile will be assisting with the counselling program as an Associate on the Profile Building Team.
|
Responsibilities: | To assist the Counselling team in day-to-day operations, you shall be expected to:
1. Support 25+ accounts and assist with administrative protocols as required. 2. Attend client meetings and shadow student sessions, providing assistance to account leaders or team leadership as required. 3. Independently lead some student sessions (as part of the reading program, or to support with external registrations and sign-ups). 4. Schedule and administer vocab quizzes and reading assignments, and answer queries regarding the same. 5. Support with the development of timely and error-free Standard Deliverables 6. Support with independent content creation and development. 7. Assist with independent research into opportunities under all pillars of the team, following briefs with minimal supervision.
